Robert P. O'Leary, CLU, is the CEO and developer of ChoiceQuote Insurance Services, Inc., CQ. Since 1998, CQ has offered, an interactive term life insurance quoting and application processor for consumers at choicequote.com.

Prior to creating ChoiceQuote, O'Leary served as a life sales manager for a major multiple- line insurance co. Subsequently, as marketing vice president and board member, he developed and implemented a life insurance sales strategy for a health insurance co. In 1977, he created Connelly, O'Leary, Collins Insurance & Financial Services, Inc, a regional benefit-planning agency. In 2003, O'Leary added new sites for travel insurance site, 4travelinsuranceinfo.com and a guaranteed/simplified issue insurance site, cqgi.com.

O'Leary, earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) in 1972 and was awarded the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 1982. He has taught college and MBA classes on insurance. He also presented seminars on insurance countrywide for Arthur Young, the national accounting firm.

In addition to Internet clients, O'Leary regularily consults for fee-based financial advisors for their high net worth individuals. He has also been a frequent guest on Jim Jorgenson's It's Your Money. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with honors in economics and has an MBA from DePaul University. O'Leary has served on various charity, professional and community boards.
